2. How do I choose the right size for my dog?

To ensure a perfect fit, we provide a detailed size guide for each item on its product page. To measure your dog, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Neck: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s neck.
  2. Chest: Measure around the deepest part of the chest (just behind the front legs).
  3. Length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.

If your dog’s measurements fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Yes, we ship internationally! During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. Please note that international shipping may take a little longer, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply based on your location.


6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24hrs Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders may take longer.


7. Do you offer custom dog apparel?

Yes! We offer custom embroidery on select apparel items. You can personalize your dog’s clothing with their name, a cute design, or even a special message. For custom orders, please contact us directly via our Contact Page for pricing and design options.


8. What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page. Once the item is available again, we’ll send you an email to let you know.


9. How do I care for my dog’s clothing?

To ensure your dog’s clothes stay in great condition, we recommend:

  • Machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water
  • Air drying or tumble drying on low heat
  • Avoiding fabric softeners that may affect the material’s softness and durability

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, but you can still initiate a return once you receive your order.
